Last Updated: October 01, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Injectix complications assistant mobile and web application, services, websites, and related content (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

Injectix complications assistant is provided by Genassis Solutions Ltd ("Genassis"). Certain educational and clinical content is provided by Airo Aesthetics ("AA") d/b/a Injectix. When these Terms mention "Injectix complications assistant," "Injectix," "we," "us," or "our," they refer to Airo Aesthetics (and its affiliates and service providers).

3. The Service

3.1 Educational Reference & Training

Injectix complications assistant provides educational and informational content for licensed healthcare professionals in aesthetics. The Service is designed to support learning, reference, and professional development, not real-time clinical decision-making.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, triage, or treatment and is not for emergencies. You must rely on your own independent professional judgment, assessment of each patient, local protocols, and current clinical guidelines at all times.

3.2 CME/CE Activities and International Recognition

Injectix may offer accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education (CE) activities delivered with and certified by an accredited provider such as Global Education Group ("Global"). Credits may be designated, for example, as AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ or other recognized credit types, depending on the activity.

ACCME-accredited CME is generally recognized by licensing and regulatory authorities in the United States and in a number of other countries identified by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). However, eligibility, credit amounts, and recognition rules vary by country, regulator, and profession and may change over time.

You are solely responsible for confirming with your own licensing or professional board whether a particular activity, credit type, or certificate will be accepted for your specific CME/CE or CPD requirements before relying on it.

3.3 AI Features

Our AI features process prompts and uploads to generate outputs. You must not upload patient-identifiable information (PHI) or any other personally identifiable information about patients. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, may omit important information, and are provided for general educational purposes only. They must not be relied upon as clinical recommendations for any individual patient and must be independently assessed against current evidence and guidelines.

We do not use your personal data or content to train our foundation models; content may be retained transiently to deliver the feature and for abuse prevention and security.

3.4 Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase and in your account or app store settings, as applicable.

3.5 No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or other healthcare professional–patient relationship between you and any patient, or between any patient and Genassis, AA, Injectix, or our affiliates. The Service does not provide healthcare services, medical treatment, or patient-specific advice.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

4.1 Professional Use Only

The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals in good standing (or those otherwise legally authorized) to practise within their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

4.2 Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

We may monitor use of the Service for misuse, investigate suspected violations, and suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.

6. CME/CE Program Terms

6.1 Eligibility and International Use

Unless otherwise stated for a specific activity, CME/CE activities offered via Injectix are planned and accredited under a US-based system (for example, AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ designated by an ACCME-accredited provider).

Learners may participate from multiple countries; however, whether credits will be accepted for your licensing, revalidation, or CPD requirements depends on your own regulator or professional body. Many regulators outside the United States accept ACCME-accredited CME, but rules vary and may change.

Before relying on any credits earned through Injectix, you should confirm with your licensing board, professional body, or employer whether the specific activity and credit type will be recognized for your purposes.

6.2 Identity & Completion

To issue credit, Global must verify your identity and your completion of activity requirements (e.g., evaluations, attestations, post-tests). You agree to provide accurate information for this purpose.

6.3 Monthly Information Sharing

With your consent, Injectix will forward required participant details to Global once per month (e.g., full name, profession/degree, NPI where applicable, email, mailing address, completion data, date, credits) solely for credit administration. For more information, see Privacy Policy §5.

6.4 Certificates

Credits and certificates are issued by Global Education Group per activity rules and applicable standards. Injectix is not responsible for Global's processing timelines or policies.

6.5 Changes

We or Global may modify, pause, or discontinue CME/CE activities at any time. We are not responsible for your failure to meet requirements, changes to accreditation, or delays by third parties.

7. Payments, Billing, and Taxes

7.1 Provider

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play (collectively, "Payment Processors"). You authorize the applicable Payment Processor to charge your selected payment method for fees associated with the Service.

7.2 Renewals & Trials

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current billing period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / Google Play settings or through any other platform controls provided by the Payment Processor. Access to subscription features continues until the end of the billing period.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective refund policies. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store policy, fees are non-refundable.

7.4 Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes. Applicable taxes may be added and collected as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, models, visual interfaces, graphics, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Genassis or its licensors (including AA for proprietary educational/clinical content) and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your professional development and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You may provide feedback or suggestions about the Service; we may use such feedback without restriction, without obligation to you, and without compensation.

9. AI Outputs and User Content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and any content you provide ("User Content"). You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others. You must not upload PHI or other patient-identifiable information.

Subject to third-party rights and these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs for your own professional and educational purposes. Outputs may be similar to content or outputs provided to other users.

You must not treat any output as a clinical recommendation or directive for patient care. All decisions about real patients must be made independently by you, based on your own assessment, local protocols, and applicable guidelines.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or interoperate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments; Firebase for authentication, analytics, and crash reporting; Google Cloud for hosting and processing; video streaming platforms for CME; Global for credit administration). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer preview or beta features. Beta features are provided "as is," may be incomplete, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms or limitations.
